AS A PROGRAMMER, PROMOTER OR AGENT
Programmers, promoters or agents that wish to participate in the 4th Performing Arts Encounter should register choosing one of the following options.
- Identifying themselves as programmer, promoter or agent, and covering a registration fee for $1,400.00 Mexican pesos (approximately $100 USD), which includes access to the Meeting Point, Showcase, Reflection Journeys, Promotional Talks, working material, as well as one meal a day and access to the closing event.
- Identifying themselves as programmer, promoter or agent, and covering a registration fee for $1,000.00 Mexican pesos (approximately $70 USD) which includes access to the Meeting Point, Showcase, Reflection Journeys, Promotional Talks and working material (this fee does not include meals nor access to the closing event).
Those people, national and international, interested in attending the Encounter, should fill in the registration form with their name and contact information. or request it at
For those participants living abroad, it is advisable to send an e-mail to the above mentioned electronic address, or to call to 52 (55) 4155 0746, before completing your registration form in order to define the fee form of payment.
All documents for accreditation as programmer, promoter or agent; the deposit receipt and the registration form must be delivered at the FONCA offices located at

Attention to the public will be provided between 9:00 am to 14:00 hrs, from Monday through Friday.
The last day for registration at the FONCA offices is Friday 6 of March at 14:00 hrs. After this date, those interested should register directly at the National Center for the Arts (CENART), located at Río Churubusco Avenue 79, col. Country Club, Coyoacán delegation, México City at the stands that opened Monday 9, Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12, from 10:00 am to 18:00 hrs.
Registration can also be made at the University Cultural Center (CCU) at UNAM, located at Ciudad Universitaria, Insurgentes Sur Avenue 3000, Coyoacán delegation, México D F., on March 13, from 10:00 am 18:00 hrs.
All people registered to the 4th Performing Arts Encounter should pick up their identification credentials and their working material at the registration stands in CENART from Monday 9 through Thursday 12, between 10:00 am and 18:00 hrs.
